After the subscription finishes updating, choose a route that matches the target service’s region. For a website or AI service offered in a specific region, start with a route in that region or nearby. For ordinary cross-border access, begin with a geographically closer route. You do not need to understand every route type or selection rule on your first connection; see the server page later for coverage regions and route details.
Start the connection after selecting a route and wait for the client status to show Connected. Then open this site’s IP lookup page and check whether the current exit details have changed. To avoid a misleading result caused by browser caching, refresh the lookup page and test a website you have not visited before. If both websites and apps load normally, the account, subscription, client and route are working together as expected.
If the client shows Connected but the target service still will not open, switch to another route in the same region, then fully close and reopen the target app. Some apps retain a session created before the connection, so switching routes alone may not establish a new session immediately. Also check that the device’s system time and time zone are correct, and confirm that the client completed its latest subscription update.
If the subscription update fails, do not repeatedly delete the account or place new orders. Return to the user panel and confirm that the plan is still active, then copy the complete subscription URL again and replace the old configuration. If the issue persists, open FAQ’s connection and troubleshooting section and continue based on the symptoms. For deeper questions involving IP risk controls, regional detection, streaming output, API calls or IDE plugins, consult the Complete AI Guide; this quick-start guide does not cover advanced configuration.
Your first setup is complete. For everyday use, you generally only need to open the client, refresh the subscription, choose a route and connect. When switching to another device you own, sign in to the user panel to get the client and subscription again. There is no need to copy routes manually or create another account.
Completion criteria
The client shows a successful connection, the exit details in the IP lookup have changed, and the target website or app loads normally.
