Account & Subscription

Account & subscriptions

Handle registration, subscription access, configuration updates and device changes. Retrieve account delivery details from the user panel to avoid continuing to use outdated configurations.

What do I need to register for 70VPN?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but different from those used on other sites, and store your login details securely. After registration, open the user panel to view plans, orders and subscription access. Client downloads and support tickets are also handled there.
Where can I get my subscription after purchasing a plan?
Sign in to the user panel and open the client download area to get the client and subscription for your platform. Your subscription URL is account delivery information, so do not copy it into public chats, forums or shared documents. After importing it, update the subscription list once, then choose a route in the client that suits your current use.
Why does the client still show old routes after I update the subscription link?
First retrieve the current subscription again from the user panel, then return to the client and update the subscription or refresh its configuration. If the list still has not changed, delete the old configuration in the client and import it again, making sure it comes from the current account. Clients handle caching differently, but reimporting is usually more direct than repeatedly switching routes.
Do I need to purchase another plan when I change devices?
No. You do not need to buy another plan just because you changed devices. 70VPN supports use on an unlimited number of devices, and you can sign in to the user panel on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux to retrieve the subscription again. If you no longer use the old device, delete the saved subscription information so account delivery details are not left on an idle device.
Can I keep using my subscription when switching platforms?
Yes, as long as the subscription under the same account is still valid. When changing platforms, open the download area for the relevant platform from the user panel and import the subscription again using the method supported by that client. Do not copy the old client’s local configuration file directly. This helps avoid format differences, leftover rules and cached configuration issues.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Connections & troubleshooting

First distinguish between subscription, client, local network and individual route issues, then address the relevant cause. During troubleshooting, change only one condition at a time whenever possible so the result is easier to interpret.

The client says the connection failed. What should I check first?
First confirm that your plan status and subscription can be read correctly. Then refresh the route list and test another region. Check the system time, time zone, client permissions and local network. If no route connects, restart the client and import the subscription again. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the error message.
Why does it work in my browser but not in a particular app?
This is usually related to the client’s routing rules, system proxy mode or the app’s own network settings. Switch to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison, then check whether the app has its own proxy, direct-connection rule or network permission. If it works after switching, the issue is more likely local routing configuration than the route itself.
What should I do if the subscription update fails or says the configuration is unavailable?
First make sure the current network can open the user panel, then copy the subscription again from there instead of using an old URL from your history. Check for spaces or extra characters before and after the copied content, then add it to the client again. If the client is outdated or does not support the current import format, retrieve the client for your platform from the user panel.
How can I restore the connection after switching networks?
When switching between an office network, home network or another access environment, the existing connection may retain an old network session. Disconnect the current route, wait for the system network to recover, then reconnect. If the client remains stuck on connecting, quit it completely and reopen it. When switching environments often, prefer routes that reconnect consistently.
My connection drops often. How can I tell whether it is the local network or the route?
On the same network, compare different regional routes. You can also test the same route in different access environments. If only one route behaves abnormally, switch routes first. If every route fails on the current network, check the local network, system proxy and security software settings. When submitting a ticket, include the platform, connection mode and symptoms to make diagnosis easier.

Speed & Routes

Speed & routes

Choose routes based on the target service, current network and actual task. Geographic distance is a useful starting point, but final decisions should be based on real performance for the task at hand.

How should I choose a route when performance slows during peak hours?
During peak-hour slowdowns, do not keep reconnecting to the same route. Start with a geographically closer region, then test different route types within that region. Video, web browsing and file transfers respond differently to network paths, so judge performance by the task at hand. If the issue continues, avoid congested routes and include your specific use case in the ticket.
Are routes in closer regions always faster?
A shorter distance usually helps reduce path length, but it does not determine the final experience on its own. Access-network quality, cross-border paths, route type and the target service’s region all matter. For everyday browsing, start by testing nearby regions. For services tied to a specific region, choose a route that matches the service’s region and performs more consistently.
How should I troubleshoot an AI tool that will not open or stops generating output?
First confirm that the selected route region is within the target AI service’s availability range, then clear the old session and reconnect. Streaming output in a browser is sensitive to long-lived connections, and frequent route changes may interrupt the current session. For development tools, also check that the terminal, IDE plugin or runtime has inherited the correct proxy settings, and avoid using different exit routes in the browser and development environment.
What should I do if video quality drops or buffering happens frequently?
Pause playback, switch to another route in the same region and reopen the playback page so the player does not continue using the old connection. If web browsing is normal but video buffers noticeably, check whether the local network is also handling a large file transfer. Content platforms use different regional checks and cache paths, so choose a route based on actual playback performance on the target platform.
What is 70VPN’s coverage, and where can I view the available routes?
70VPN covers 110+ countries / 240+ routes. Full regional and route details are available on the server page; when connecting, use the updated subscription list in the client as the source of truth. You do not need to stay with one region. Test routes separately for work, AI tools, video and everyday browsing, then keep the ones that suit your regular tasks.

Billing & Refunds

Billing & refunds

Plan prices, data rules, payment methods and the refund process are collected here. For order issues, use the order status shown in the user panel as the reference.

What monthly subscription tiers are available?
Monthly plans are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your usual data needs and use cases rather than looking only at the monthly price. All tiers are available in the user panel, and the plan details shown on the panel’s order confirmation page are the current terms.
What data packages are available, and do they expire?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with variable usage who prefer to consume data as needed. Before purchasing, compare a monthly subscription with a data package based on your habits; short-term fluctuations do not require frequent plan changes.
When does monthly data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly data resets each month on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan and order status in the user panel, then choose the tier that fits better. If the client does not show the change promptly, refresh the user panel status and update the subscription in the client.
Which payment methods are supported, and what if my payment does not update the plan?
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status instead of creating the same order again. If payment is complete but the plan status has not updated, refresh the page and sign in again. If it still does not sync, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order details for verification.
How do I request a refund?
70VPN offers refunds without requiring a reason within 14 days. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, select the relevant order or refund category, and describe the order and request. Read the refund terms before submitting. The ticket reply in the user panel is the source for processing updates and results.
